Jocelyn was an absolutely amazing realtor! My husband and I chose Jocelyn to help sell our home. From our first conversation until closing, she was our advocate. We sold our home after the first open house with a 14-day escrow which closed on time! Jocelyn stayed on top of every aspect of the transaction by maintaining excellent communication with us. I do not believe that it is possible for any realtor to do more, or to be more passionate that Jocelyn, and we give her our highest recommendation!

I will use 4 letters to describe my experience with Jocelyn - CARE. "C" for comfort. Jocelyn uniquely makes people comfortable. We were so comfortable with her in our first Zoom call that we already wanted her to be our agent. "A" for anticipation. She has the ability to anticipate our needs and our negotiation position before we articulate it out loud. "R" for relational. She treats her clients as friends and our relationship will last way beyond the closing of our deal. "E" for excellence. She is an excellent negotiator who can make both sides feel that it is a fair deal and she follows through with each detail. One last incident I want to mention. When I asked my housing inspector what he thought of Jocelyn, he said "Honesty". He described her as exhibiting a standard of integrity that is rare in this industry. My husband and I were transferring back to CA from Arkansas due to my husband’s work transfer. We needed to find a home in the Coachella Valley area. This can typically be a stressful process. We chose Jocelyn Woo from Harcourts Prime Properties as our real estate agent. We have worked with several real estate agents in the past and this experience by far exceeds all the others. Jocelyn was extremely organized, took the time to get us very well researched information, was in constant communication with us, and gave us recommendations that were extremely beneficial. My husband is a veteran and though we can all be thankful for his service, this is not always a benefit when buying a home. Many sellers do not often like to take on VA loans due to delays in processing and scheduling inspections or appraisals. This was not the case with working with Jocelyn. Jocelyn took the extra steps to contact all of the people that would be involved and scheduled everything in record time. We were able to close on time with a VA loan with absolutely no issues. Jocelyn was always positive and was a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, dedication, and going above and beyond made this experience to find our forever home such a wonderful one. Being a first-time home buyer at 55, and with current market conditions in SoCal, I was really overwhelmed with this process. Jocelyn explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.
